Main Performance Parameters
• Nominal Pressure: PN6~PN25
• Nominal Diameter: DN15~DN300
• Operating Temperature: -50℃~+150℃ (depending on lining material)
• Sealing Class: Class VI (zero leakage)
• Applicable Media: Strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, halogens, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, and almost all other highly corrosive media
Structural Forms
1. Straight-through type (J41): Most commonly used, higher flow resistance, easy installation
2. Direct-flow type (J45): Straight flow path, minimal flow resistance, suitable for high flow rates
3. Angle type (J44): Inlet and outlet at 90°, suitable for pipe corner installation
Core Advantages
• Superior Corrosion Resistance: Fluoroplastics are chemically inert, resistant to media with a full range of pH (0~14)
• Reliable Sealing: Forced sealing, leak-free even at low/negative pressure, suitable for toxic and harmful media
• Simple Structure: Easy to manufacture/maintain, short opening and closing stroke
• Anti-backflow: Valve disc closure effectively prevents media backflow.
• High cost-effectiveness: Metal shell + fluoropolymer lining, much cheaper than solid alloy valves.
Applicable conditions:
• Chemical industry: Sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, hydrofluoric acid, organic solvent transportation
• Pharmaceutical/food industry: Highly corrosive, clean, and sterile conditions
• Environmental protection: Desulfurization, denitrification, wastewater treatment
• Metallurgy/electroplating: Pickling, etching, electroplating solution pipelines
• Petroleum: Sulfur-containing and chlorine-containing corrosive media
